I am a HCIRF, and I had/have the same question too

But I wonder what made Santoshi approach him for BGM alone?? If he knew about Raja's calibre in the bgm dept, he should be knowing about his songs too.

Wonder what "only original and living composer in India" feels on IR's bgm!! Guess he should take back his claim atleast now... :)

I think Raja uses these BGM opportunities as
WCM practise .. an opportunity to go to Hungary for free, hire a full symphony orchestra and try out his compositions.

Lal,
It says the hero Surya (I think son of Actor Sivakumar, who is currently working with `Sethu' Bala for his new film Nandha) is booked by MR for a new film. The grapevine is that MR is persuading IR to do music for this movie.

This is interesting. Why would Mrs Ilaiyaraja would require 9 lakhs? Why wasnt she able to pay it back on time? With YSR and IR doing so many movies, whats happening to the money?

I do what I do to identify IR fans! What else can be made to identify them? I am making a good sensible intellectual fan club and I am not looking for numbers to join the club. In fact I have deleted 16 members from the club for various reasons. So,you can better tighten your lips on this matter.

Vijay, you can request bb to put up the link for your fan club somewhere at the home page. This is a much more sane approach than to underline each and every posting of yours with that link. Your posting is a laughing stock in this forum and you have achieved the opposite of what you intended to do by repeatedly supplying the link.
