  This is the first time I am hearing that IR survives because of GA. I would say IR is not
  commercially popular ever since 1993 or so. Anyway, I cant prove that GA did not compose songs
  and you cant prove he did. However, the news is hard to believe. Please dont give the same old theory that I am not accepting bcos I am an IR worshipper and all such crap. I am curious to know
  how exactly GA helps IR? If anyone knows actual facts please post. I cannot give a list of songs
  IR composed as Paatukku mettu bcos I am not into
  these statistics. Sorry about that. Perhaps someone else can give. I dont mind how the song is
  composed so long as the tune is good. Thats my view only. Please post with the impression that you are not targetting IR worshippers. I am curious to know facts and not at all interested in
  getting into some stupid fight as to whether IR or

  I can give the example with News..(a.k.a. Gossip/Vambu/Kisukisu)
  
  K.Balajee approched Raja to do music for VazhvE maayam. Raja told him that GA would perform the music and in the title put my name.
  Balajee didn't agree for that and pu GA name only. Source:- Kumudham. GA was MD for some of K.Balajee's films.
  
  BTW Sorry Rajesh.. I didn't point you that IR Worshiper. In general I put that message to the IR Fans.
  
  And also I didn't tell that 'XYZ' is greater than IR.
  
  Yes I am targeting IR fans who blindly supporting him and not accepting other MDs.

  I do agree that GA might have composed some songs
  for IR. Infact there may be some others too who
  did that. I am not arguing about that. There may
  be plenty of reasons why IR would ask them to do it. Time may be a major factor. But to contend that IR did that bcos he could not come up with
  a tune seems to be a wrong interpretation. Well, we do stories from all directors like how IR comes
  up with tunes during their discussion. So, I would
  put it this way - Once in a while IR does get songs composed by others but I would not say he
  survives because of that. This is what I want to
  convey. He would have disappeared long long ago if
  he did depend on others for his work

  Raja could do somthing like Deva... 'Isaiyil Udhavi' - Gangai Amaran. When Raja wanted his son to become a MD, he put Karthik Raja's name in the film ponnu mani.
  You maynot accept that Raja survived because of GA. But that is the truth. Another example for their 'lie'.
  
  In one of the star nite programme/live music concert. SPB sung the song 'maNNil indha kadal..' from Keladi kannmani
  After he sung the song and called GA, announced the crowd that it was written by GA and not Paavalar Varadharasanar. GA didn't accept that. Then SPB asked him to Promise on him that the song was wirtten by Paavalar. GA N-isa jaga vangified... and told the crowd that he only wrote the song. idhu kINdalaa aarambichchu serious-a mudichcha samacharam. idhukkum GA-IR kum enna samandham?-nu kekkalam. GA andha pattai ezhthinar-nu sollaradhukku padhila Paavalar ezhuthinar-nu sonna payangra mousu. adhilaiyum..   i hope that u don't say that gangai amaran had composed the symphony and illayaraja had just conducted it in london.your gossips do not have any basis.just because a particular news clip comes in kumudham or anandha vikatan it does not mean that the news is true.a guy who uses others to compose music and just puts his name in film titles can't survive for 20+ years.do u think TFM is a joke?
  
  i agree with u that IR might be arrogant and might have headweight.he has been insulted by many in the past.my friends who had met him personally have told me that he had faced a lot of probs and his first film should have come long before annakili.
  for IR's talent one can excuse his deserved arrogance.eccentricity is a trait of a genius.IR is a perfect example of that.
  
  IR's breaking away from directors could have been due to the director's ego also.did u think about that? do u think KB and bharathiraaja have no egos at all? its a mistake on both sides,not on raaja alone.

  IR reached the stage in a short time. I agree.
  If you heared the songs of GA and IR, then you can realise. The music is very very similar. All the SO CALLED BIG DIRECTORS and PRODUCER ready to put his name JUST BECAUSE OF SENTIMENTS. Raja came to TFM in 76.. He became the King around early eighties.. Realy it is big thing and MDs like MSV, Shankar-Ganesh, T.R ellam late 80s-la gaali ayuttanga. I agree with this.

  If Raja REALY composed the Symphoney, then why didn't he realse that so far. Why that was not performed by Royal Philomornic Archestra? Why??? He conducted the Symphoney about 4 back. Still there is no sign of the symphoney. Why?? Even Raja didn't reply properly for this question. The 'Jagda' between Raja and GA started exactly that time only.
  
  You mentioned that Bharathiraja, KB are also EGOs.. Yes.. Bharathi again called Raja back for "Nadodith Thendral". Do you think Bharathiraja is having ego?

  About your response to Vijay, so do you think he didnt compose symphony or do u think that GA did it for IR?
  About BR's ego:
  Didnt IR compose music for him for the same film. Even in the upcoming movie "Vakkapadda poomi." All
  these so called big directors are camilions. They all came to a stage bacause of IR music. Even after they reached the stage, they tried with other MD's like Deva for tamilselvan. You know how
  success it was. In an interview IR was asked why he is composing music for introductory directors not the 'big directors.' You know what he said?
  He said even when he composed music for those 'big
  directors' they were also just a introduction to TFM.
  I think I will stop here!!!
