  People like MSV can do music with him, but not this katrukkuttikal! Ilayaraja veettu Idly Cooker-um Isai paadalaam.... but not equally with him!! I don't want to listen to some body else's music along with IR's! It's going to spoil his name! It's ok if he has planned to retire!!

Actually the movie had rave reviews from the press and everyone appreciated the great performance of Vijay in the film. But when it comes to its salability, the movie lacked all those spicy elements that usually sell well in "B" and "C" centers.   May be the movie KN is not upto KM but the songs are better than KM.
  
  If KN has got a Box Office Hit, then the same people in Minnoviam.com might have said "wow!! this is a great music!!!!".
  
  Whether these useless guys accept it or not never matter in case of Raja sir's music.
  
  There is no doubt that the music and songs in KN is great.

  I watched Kannukul Nilavu. What a pity! how can a great director like Fazil take a terrible movie like this? Only highlight of the movie is music. Excellent songs and BGM by our Maestro. I watched in video I feel bad for the people who watched this movie in theatre.

  Why do you think so? 'Sethu' is a big hit. Everyone appreciated IR's background score. It was really good. Nobody said much for the songs. Likewise, KN background score recieved praise while everyone, at least, all the music lovers who are not IR fanatics, admitted that the songs were, to say the most, ok.
