  I listened to the telugu songs from Alapana in the site posted by NCR (thanks!) for the first time. Man, how beautiful they are! I am listening to them as I write this. How did I miss this for so long? I had ignored hearing to telugu songs since I do not understand the language. Now I realise that language doesn't matter much. The songs are as good as Kadhal Oviyam, in fact, the ending of aaru rutuvulu is close to the finishing of Sangeetha Jaathi Mullai of Kadhal Oviyam. Great rendition by SPB and SJ. I guess it didn't get any awards as usual or did it?
  
  I heard Aaradhana and discovered that it is the dubbed version of Kadalorak Kavidhaigal. It sounded very fresh and different in SPB's voice.

  But I am afraid whether IR will accept this movie - even if it is offered to him, He is supposed to be against 'pakuththaRivuk koLkai' - he rejected Velu Prabhakaran's 'Puratchik kaaran' for this reason.,
  
  First Bharathi, Now Kamarajar and If he does this movie also, it will be another milestone for him, no doubt.

  Thanks for those links, I apreciate it very much.
  Is Sailu of sailu.com is a visitor of TFMDF?
  Anyways,it is one of best sites for lots of goodies of IR's terrific telugu songs. Great job Mr.sailu.
  
  I still want to know the sources where I can buy good (original) CDs of those great IR telugu hits, I have very few of them in CD form, although I have many audio cassettes, I am trying to collect as many CDs as possible. For some of the HCIRF's, oriental records has released lot of good collections of IR with great recording (Like MR collections, Br collections, SPB love duets, Rajini hits, most of these being marketted as the platinum series with 24 bit recording). Oriental records site is no more, I would suggest to buy these Cds from India, they are lot cheaper than those online sites, i got some of them for 235 Rs each. They have released some old combo's also, like "Nall Naazh, K.Karuvayan, etc, but the recordings of thsese are not upto the mark.

  I tried desperately for the Karisakaattu Poove in Maduarai, during my recent visit, but couldn't find. I did find KUT, but it looked like a pirated CD version, I don't know about KK santhosangal,

  these films were one of those in which IR was instrumental in changing the trend of shooting films for tf industry.pleasant beautiful backgrounds for picturisation and
  some RICH QUALITY OF BACKGROUND MUSIC,THE TREND OF WATCHING FILMS FOR RERECORDING HAD STARTED BY THEN."OH WHAT AN UNDESCRIBABLE TOUCH OF FOLK RERECORDING" ONLY RAJA CAN DO IT.
  it only astonishes when we find threads like IR begging to rajini(talent less person who purely came up for mass craze for style),any1 can accept when we compare in terms of talent it is stupid to compare KAMAL FOR ACTING AND IR FOR MUSIC WITH PEOPLE LIKE RAJINI R WHATEVE

  badri, your admiration for Raja & irritation towards people who claim Raja asking for chances is for sure commendable. However, please do not call others `talent less' etc which will only result in unnecessary acrimony. It'll neither help in any way to promote good (read IR's)music.
