deva is MD for kamal's new movie

i personally think kamal is trying to save budget by not roping in big MD's or if its not that, kamal has developed bad taste for music

Kamal will soon be seen in an out an out comedy with Jayaram, Ramesh Arvind, Yuhi Sethu (of Nayyandi Durbar fame) and Sreeman for company.

To be directed by KS Ravikumar the film, titled Panchathanthiram, has music by Deva. The script has been penned by Crazy Mohan.

Simran, Ramya Krishnan, Sanghavi and Aishwarya are the female lead in the film. Likely to be released in May, the buzz is that the film is inspired by Farhan Akhtar’s Dil Chahta Hai.

  OK, malai means Mountain/Hill. And Marudha is the name of one such hill/mountain.
  Like Bathu malai (Batu caves), Thanneer malai (Waterfall in Penang).

  btw, ROTFL, did you ever get to hear a very old song, "flower boy & beer baby"? Hear the song, if you get a chance. Lovely song...it sounds so similar to the song "mala mala marudhamala", especially in charanams...i thought i wud share it here...[btw, how is it working out, i mean, your saga with "engirundhaalum vaazhgha"? ;-).   Ok, this is what I heard about the ban in Singapore.
  Apparently when some callers called (oli 96.8) to dedicate the song 'malai malai' the DJ goes like, "ungal viruppa paadal thadai seiya padathaal, idam peraathu." and it doesn't get aired by Vasantham Central, the Singaporean Tamil tv channel either.
  
  And according to a Singaporean friend of mine, in the first half of the song, anuradha sings "kunrathile murugannukku kondaatam" in the background and this can be heard from the downloaded verion clearly. Yet to verify it for obvious reasons.
