These are the great lines of Kaviyarasu Kannadasan in the movie Ratha Thilakam where he acts in the movie singing these lines. ( Song.. Oru Koopayilae yen kudiyiruppu)

What a visionary he was ? Indeed, he is NIRANDARAMAANAVAN.

I share some of my observations about Kavingyar. I want all the fans of HIM to join this discussion and add more quality material in praise of his great works.
This is the only way we pay tributes to this GENIUS.
WILL WE EVER GET BACK A KAVINGYAR LIKE KANNADASAN ??

  I have been reading all the responses from yesterday and even got da chance to read one of Mendar Raj's compilation.. marvelous and simply interesting.....
  I am also a fan The Great Kannadasan...
  Please let me know where can i get his songs lyrics on net. Those days the use to have this film song books (the kutti..kutti once) went to couple of places but they dont seem to have it anymore.
  Planning to take up a hobby of just collecting any of Kannadasan's work..

  He was an inspiring poet who turned from athesit and later involved in religious activities. He had penned a good book in tamil called "arthamulla indhumadham". Its a wonderful book with 10 volumes describing abt hindu religion and human behaviour.
  
  Well, his poetic gesture cannot be said in one word. No words are there for praise. He had mixed various varieties in his songs and he is really a boon to the tamil film industry
