Why ARR ignores established/Senior singers?

ARR always promoted new, unheard voices right from the beginning, he always used senior and established singers like PS, SPB,SJ, Yesudass, Mano, Chitra for very less songs. He promoted many new singers. One benefit he got out of this is that we are able to hear fresh voices, but on the other hand he lost the quality of songs by compromising with horrible pronounciation of these singers, lack of experience and definetely missing the punch those experienced singers had.

There are lot of songs, I thought the song would have better if sang by somebody else. Latest BABA too has a wrong selection of singers. Particularly Shankar Mahadevan and Reena Bhardwaj. I would have preferred Sujatha over Reena. What could be the reason?

  ARR has dumped Hariharan too. Now he is choosing
  Jayachandren but his voice is TERRIBLE!!! He SUCKS bad!!! Recentally he has choosen new singers who we have no appreciation to. ARR's great tunes is lost in the voices of his new choice. When is he going to realize the truth? We should be fools trying to buy this useless crap.

  I have not intended to and was not asserting my choice at all. May be I did not put in the right words. I was only trying to say I like so and so and it is perfectly OK if others do not feel that way.

  A R RAHMAN is a composer of very high merit. Above all, he is a humble person. He has encouraged many new artists. He has won words of praise from veteran composers both from the North and the South of India. He has bridged the N-S gap very effectively. Moreover he is now on the international scene. His music has a universal appeal and yet it is very very INDIAN.
  
  A R RAHMAN knows which singer to choose for which song. ARR's songs are *his* creations. And he definitely puts his heart and soul into EVERY song. He also knows much more about music than all the people in this forum put together. Therefore the final choice of singers is his prerogative. The very fact that he chooses a certain singer proves that that singer has merit and is talented. He does not need advice from the people here.
  
  If your favourite artiste(s) are not the same as ARRs favourite artiste(s), then that isnt ARR's fault at all.

  AR Rehman is a person who is very creative and likes to try new singers .....That's why he prefers to introduce more singers .Karthick Raja and Yuvan use the singers which AR Rehman introduces .....even ILLAS uses singers introduced by illas ..

  Is Selection of singers a pure choice by Music Directors? Do the film Producer and/or film Director play a role? After all , producer may have his choice too because he is spending money.
  A director can also opt for a particular singer to
