Who should be the MD for Rajini's next movie...

Baba's music had mixed reactions from TFM.... Some had mentioned it was good, most of them had said it was a decent one and some of them had told it was too bad... Now that BABA has come and gone, let's focus on his next venture (which is not confirmed yet though)... Who should be the MD for this movie... Though Deva is branded as a copycat, he is best suited to Rajini's movies.. ARR has not had the best results with Rajini and IR has not had a movie with Rajini since Veera... Should Rajini stick with ARR or Deva , or should he go back to IR... Why not try a MD like Bharadhwaj or vidhyasagar.... ??

  This is the change in trend. Earlier, i mean 3-4 years earlier, this website was just used my excellent reviewers and people with well balanced views.. i enjoyed this site very much.
  
  Now, see the state of the site. Half the time i just find fan feuds and crap.
  
  I still cant digest that i find posting like the above here.. I just wish newtfmpage regains its glamour what it had years ago.

  I concur guys.... look at the topic of the thread and see the response in the thread... i felt happy that we are sharing our musical thoughts with a knowledgable crowd... I felt that though the IR-ARR comparison is a stupid one, there were some good points discussed in those clashes too...in recent days it has been vulgar to the core...   I think Deva aint going to score music for Rajini's next movie. Plus KS Ravikumar is currently busy with his venture "Villain" starring Ajith. This is after all a rumour but there is another rumour. That Shankar or Vikraman might direct Rajini's next movie. I know that Vikraman has started another movie with Mathavan in the lead and that Shankar is finishing off his 'Boys'. I think it will be Shankar if this is rumour is true after all. I know for sure, A.R. Rahman will score the music if Shankar directs it. Imagine the Rajini-Shankar-A.R. Rahman combo.

  Rajnikant needs a strong willed director to make his next movie, instead of a 'Yes' man. I think Shankar would be a great choice with ARR or Harris Jeyraj, if ARR is not available. Baba had a few hummable tunes. It was better than Padaiyappa, but not as good as Muthu.

  Whatever.. I don't care who the director is, I don't care who the MD is.. I don't care about anything.
  
  I just want my thalaivar to know that his fan's just love him for what he is. He has to make sure his technicians don't work against him but for him.
  
  Every single person working on his next project should know he is doing a job that drives the passion, drives the souls for so many people.
  
  If they understand that.. I'm sure the quality is going to be just excellent.. nothing but excellent.

  I think vidyasagar should do music for Superstar Rajini's next movie. Vidyasagar has worked with big stars like Mohanlal, Suresh Gopi, Mammooty, Anil kapoor, and is composing music for Kamal Hasan's moive so why not? ARR has really disapointed with Baba and Deva seems to compose silly songs at moments Ilayaraja has been in the tamil music field many years, so shy not try an another music director like Vidyasagar?Does that sounds like a good idea?

  If ARR was given some freedom those movies would have been awesome, but it is only because of rajini the music was changed .

  If Shankar is directing Rajini then 100% it is A R Rahman. If it is K S Ravi Kumar, then can be Deva or Vidhyasagar. Definitely it wont be Ilayaraja, because neither Shankar or K S Ravi Kumar, will be ready to work with Ilayaraja. ARR was not all that good in Baba because, he was busy with Bombay Dreams, as that was very important than Baba, where his music will only have to glorify Rajini's image.
  
  Whoever may be, it shoud'nt be Ilayaraja for sure. He is a waste these days. The entire Raja family's music just sucks now a days. ARR rules. Don't forget the Rahman-Rajini combo biggest Hits in the recent times. Muthu and Padayappa. No body will remember Rajini's combo with Ilayaraja any more. Only, Rahman's Music breaks all language barriers.
  
  People may argue, that silly BBC poll. But Rakamma wont win it. I am sure Rahman songs, Chaiya Chaiyya and Vande Matharam will overtake Ilayaraja's Rakamma. WHAT EVER RAHMAN IS THE ONLY BEST MUSIC DIRECTOR IN THE WORLD. Ilayaraja nooooooooooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO more please.
