Hi guy's what els can the music directers can do for this comments.Afterall they also the humanbnse
,secondly they want to creat crores fo songs from only 7 swerangls.Itis not dobbing or remaking it will be simmilear to one or other song.it will similear with aatlist any one song.I thikn in the feuter we will be listening to the same old song in differant mod of advanced equpments(digital,sterio,cd,dvd...etc.)but the songs and the tuens will be same

Hi Guys

I am from Durban, in South Africa. I am a deejay at a Radio station called Radio Phoenix 88.4fm.
We play a balance of both North and South Indian music. My problem is that their is a tremendous shortage of the latter. Especially the more uptempo kind as well as REMIXES in Tamil. Would luv to get my hands on some of the new stuff, help! If u visit South Africa lock in to 88.4 fm (Natal). chow chow

Most of ARR songs are either an influence of some English albums or a copy of it.

ARR has directly adapted the Method of recording that they do in Hollywood. Many times he has been a great Sound engineer rather than a composer.

2. En Manathu Onruthaan Vaan Meethu Gnabagam bt TMS and PS is another English song tune
3. Kottai Namathu Kayiley Kolgaikal Seyaliley- Tune from Bridge over River Kwai
4. Panthal Irunthaal Kodi Padrum form Pantha Pasam is a tune from Cahrlie Chaplin's Limelight

5. "Antha Naal Gnabagam Nenjiley Vanthathu" from Uyarntha Manithan (is an idea) lifted from Sound of Music.

Talking of tamil songs and their western versions, has anybody heard "Frenesi" by the great jazz clarinetist Artie Shaw. It seems to me that "Palinginal Oru Maligai" from the film "Vallavan" is definitely based on it. For those who want to listen to a version of "Frenesi" here is a link to a webpage.

be happy n thankful that there is someone in the Tamil world who have been entertaining us with great music n songs...i belive he is not called "Isai Puyal" 4 nothin...the other composers r good but ARR is better..since u r capable of givin comments abt ppl,why dont u produce better music than him...let me tell u somethin...maybe u might be better but then...he is the best...

Deva copied for anthimalai? nilavu vennilavey .. somethin' like dat .. dat song is a direct copy from the group Deep Forest. Who's song is Noonday Sun.

The song Megama Vandhu pogirai .. DIRECT copy from the group Junoon. The song Sayonee. I got mp3z for all these songs. Gimme a shout if u wanna hear.

Listen to Deep Forest. ppl from my arr list told me there r some tunes dat arr used.

BUt whatever you guys say .. ARR is da man!! He composes beautiful music, which no other MD comes close to produce.

P.S. If you look at some of IR's old songs, they all have very similar tunes.
